Annabelle Motel is situated in a quiet residential area only 2 minutes drive to the town centre and beach, 5 minutes walk to Hokitika river for fishing and whitebaiting (in season). We have 12 luxury units at Annabelle Motel comprising of a 2 bedroom unit, 1 bedroom units, access units, refurbished 2006/07 including 4 new Studio spa bath units with private decking and gardens to enjoy. All units are ground floor and non smoking. In house movies or dvd player available for your use. BBQ area, car parking at your door. Our Qualmark rating is 4 star plus. Rates are for 1-4 people, Maximum occupancy is 5. Extra guest charge NZ$15 per person, per night. A spacious unit 1 queen & 1 single bed in 1 bedroom and 2 singles in the other. Full kitchen & ensuite facilities, 32" LCD Tv. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. When traveling South from Greymouth,on State highway 6 turn left at the roundabout into Weld Street, we are 700 meters down on the left hand side. When traveling North from Franz Josef, on State highway 6 turn right at roundabout into Weld Street we are 7oo meters down on the left hand side. |

Hokitika has a variety of exciting attractions,Glass blowing,Jade carving,experience carving your own Jade or Bone. Visit the Kiwi house at the Echo centre. Drive to the beautiful Lake Kaniere, on to Dorothy Falls, then on to the magnificent Hokitika Gorge, a must to view,round trip 2hrs. Visit Lake Mahinapua & Paddle boat cruise. Try some of the Native bush walks, try your hand at Gold panning, pans etc available. Enjoy Hokitika's beautiful sunsets from the beach, dine in one of Hokitika's excellent restaurants, enjoy the Glow worm dell to finish off your day. Day trips to Punakaiki(pancake rocks& blow holes), Shantytown, and the Glaciers. |
