The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas is situated on Maui’s stunning northwest coast. From Kapalua Airport, a small commuter airport, the drive is not very long at all – just under five minutes. However, if you’re flying into the main airport, Kahului Airport (OGG), the drive is approximately 48 minutes. Don’t fret, though, along the way you’ll get to enjoy scenic mountain and ocean views, charming island life, and possibly humpback whales breaching in the water. Kahului Airport to The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas: Starting from Kahului Airport, head SOUTH (LEFT) out along Keolani Place. Go straight onto Dairy Road going through several stoplights passing Maui Marketplace and HomeDepot on your left. Keep going STRAIGHT onto Kuihelani HIghway (HWY 380). Make a LEFT onto Honoapi'ilani Highway (Hwy 30). Keep going for about 15 miles following the coast with the ocean on your left. Drive through Lahaina Town, pass the Ka'anapali Parkway intersection, until you get to the stoplight with Puukoli'i Road on your right and Kai Ala Drive on your left. Make a LEFT onto Kai Ala Drive. The turn to the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas will be on the right.
