HANOI STREET Hotel is a new hotel just opened on March 2007. Surrounded by the central business district, major non - governmental offices, temples and shopping areas. HANOI STREET Hotel has 8 floors, accessed by an elevator, and 30 rooms designed and built with high architectural standards. It is also the highest building in Hanoi Old Quarter with an excellent view of Hanoi. 8-floor building containing 30 rooms Wood furnitures in classical style. All rooms air-conditioned and equipped with IDD telephones, satellite TV, mini-bar, bathroom with bath-tub & hair dryers. Other services includes free internet, lcoal telephone calls, safe box, luggages storage, fax machine use, printer, money exchange, laundry, 24-hour service.Tours arrangement, car for rent, tickets booking, free travel information. We have 3 types of rooms. The room rates are based on single or double occupancy: * Standard room type: - Air-condition (Heating & Cooling) and Fan - Private Bath with tub & shower, hot & cold water. - Toilet, toilet-glass, toilet-roll - Complementary Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, toothpaste, tooth-brush, comb) - Refrigerator and Mini-bar - Double bed or twin bed - IDD (International Direct Dial) Telephone - Hair-dryer - Night-lamp - Remote controlled colour TV with Satellite TV Programs (CNN, MTV, STAR MOVIE, DW, NHK, HBO, Star Sport, Cine-max, Star Movie, BBC, etc.) - Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) Access in every room. - Executive writing desk. | Getting There |
Located in the center of Old Quarter. From Noibai International Airport, take an Airport Taxi (operated by Vietnam Airlines) to Hanoi Street hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Rate: VND 250,000 (roughly USD 15). Journey time: 40 minutes. From Hanoi Railway Station or the Bus Station, take CP Taxi (calling number 8262626) or Hanoi Tourist Taxi (calling number 8535353). Rate: approximately VND35,000 (roughly USD 2). Don't take the other taxis to avoid any scams. Journey time 10 - 15 minutes. From Gate A of Hanoi Train Station (is in Le Duan street), take a taxi Total 10-15 minutes to go (about 1,5 km). Please note: if you go from hotel to hanoi train station, it is about 1km only, because LE DUAN street is one-way street. For your safety don't take the cyclo or motorbike taxi. For your convenience,we can arrange airport transfer on request. - 10 minutes to HOAN KIEM lake. Our hotel provides pick-ups from the airport, bus and train station. Please email the hotel in advance with your flight number and time of arrival. A staff member will be happy to meet you and escort you to our hotel in our private car. Please note at Noibai airport the taxis will drive you to another hotel and they will charge you a lot of money. Especially,if your staying at our hotel lasts 5 days or more. You will have some choices like being picked up freely at the airport by our taxi-driver or you can have another choice of all the one - day tours around Vietnam such as Ha long Bay tour, Hanoi city tour or Dao Lu - Tam Coc tour. |

Fine Art Museum is a tri-level art museum featuring historic and contemporary art work from Hanoi and the surrounding area. Ho Chi Minh Museum & Mausoleum is well-known place of featuring informative displays about the famous Ho Chi Minh. Hoa Lo Prison is a Vietnam Memorial site which is housed in an old jail used during that time for prisoners of war. Much of the architecture of the building has been destroyed over time but the historical museum housed in the remaining building is worth seeing for visitors interested in the historical impact of American forces in Hanoi. Museum of Ethnology is an option for exploring the people of Hanoi and ethnic minorities of Vietnam. Van Mieu also known as the Temple of Literature, is the site of the first university in the area. It is a historical museum focusing on the education of the area as well as the architecture used at the time of its construction. Vietnamese Air Force Museum offers visitors interested in the air force a unique perspective on the influence of the Vietnamese Air Force on the area. Attractions Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, traditional Vietnamese water puppet shows, with several performances every day at 5pm, 6:30pm, 8pm, 9:15pm. The Old Quarter can consume hours of your time - each of the streets used to be dedicated to a particular product, and this is reflected in the names of the streets ("Hang" meaning "Merchandise"). One road specialised in silk, another in herbs, another in "ghost money" and so on. |
