Built on two allotments, facing north to maximise winter sun light, every room has garden views. A widescreen home cinema, five person spa and large library loft provide opportunities for escape and relaxation for guests (We even provide a hot pop corn machine!). An enclosed rear patio provides outdoor dining. The extensive native garden supports and attracts large varieties of birds, including rosellas, rainbow lorikeets, yellow tailed black cockatoos, little wattle birds etc. Features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor eating and BBQ area, queen sized beds, wood fire, ensuite. A complimentary supper, wine and breakfast provisions are provided on arrival. Guests have exclusive use of the property. |

Full use of 2 bedroomed house on 2 Blocks of land at Normanville, South Australia. Located 1km from the beach and close to other Fleurieu attractions Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $50.00. Extra children $30.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:
