The villa is cozy, homely, privately atmosphere with a private balcony and a key card system entrance. It’s situated in the heart of Bangkok on Jun Road and Sathupradit Road near shopping centre, sky trains, hospitals, churches, schools and universities. It’s only 10 minutes to Silom Road and Chong Nonsee Station. Nearby shopping centre are such as Central Rama 3, Tessco Lotus, Makro, hospitals and local fresh markets. International schools and universities are nearby like Sarasart Ektra School, International Community School, Internation Pioneers School, Garden International School Bangkok, Learning Home International Kindergarten, Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, Lycee Francais de Bangkok and etc. It’s easy access to anywhere in Bangkok. The nearest BTS and MRT stations are Tark Sin, Surasak, Chong Nonsee and Silom MRTA about 5-10 minutes drive. The nearest water port is Sathorn taking about 5-10 minutes drive.
