This central location is ideal for exploring Hobart as well as visiting and sight seeing in the surrounding regions.

The two apartments are spacious and light with furnishings and fittings that offer both comfort and ambience. Artwork is by renowned Tasmanian Artist Tom Samek. The new kitchens are modern with dishwasher, stainless steel bench tops and Smeg appliances. The bathrooms are new with quality modern fixtures, heated polished concrete floors and heated towel rails. Both apartments have AUSTAR satellite TV, DVD player, broadband Internet access, heating/air-conditioning, laundry with washing machine and dryer and access to out door area with barbeque. Both apartments have onsite off street parking.

Unit 1: Features two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed the other with two king singles. An extra person can be accommodated on a roll away bed. The living area is a large open plan room with areas for lounge dining and kitchen. The large luxury bathroom has both bath and shower.

Unit 2: Features one bedroom with King bed. An extra person can be accommodated on a roll away bed. The living area is open plan with lounge dining and kitchen areas.

For groups with more people wanting more room both units can be occupied and joined through a communicating door.

Getting There From The Airport - Follow the Tasman Highway across the Bridge, proceed on the Highway past the Botanical Gardens and the Queen’s Domain, staying in the left lane until you reach Sullivan’s Cove and the Highway becomes Davey Street. Proceed up Davey Street, move into the right hand lane, turn right into Anthill Street then right into Macquarie St. Warneford St is then the first street on the left. The apartments are on the left just one house from the corner.
Parking Off street parking available. One car per apartment.
Things To Do We are situated close to the city, docks and Salamanca. Visit Salamanca Market, Mt Wellington, wineries and local attractions in the surrounding area. Port Arthur, Tahune Air Walk, Mt Field National Park and historic Richmond can all be explored on day trips.
