Daintree Deep Forest Lodge is three self-catering apartments which are fully equipped and all have private barbecues. The plantation style building is designed for tropical living with French doors and surrounding verandas. Stylish and comfortable it is set deep in an ancient rainforest. It is a place for revitalising. We are between two world listed heritage sites: The Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree National Park. The Lodge is midway along Cape Tribulation Road giving it convenient access to all the facilities north of the Daintree River Ferry Crossing. Beach access is five minutes drive north or ten minutes drive south. We rate our accommodation at level three and half. Guests have the opportunity to bring and enjoy their favourite foods and wines and choose from a variety of dining venues in the area. These range from cafe to candle night dinners. Activities are extensive. After relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature guest can take to the beaches or go for walks in the rainforest along the boardwalks, or for the adventurous undertake some long hikes. Tour operators provide excellent reef trips, river trips, 4WD trips and guided day and night walks. Horse riding and flying are also available. |

From Cairns travel North to Port Douglas, then through Mossman. 25km after Mossman turn right at the Daintree Ferry Crossing sign. After the Ferry ride continue north along Cape Tribulation Road for 17km. Daintree Deep Forest Lodge is on the left hand side. |

We direct guests to the Discovery Centre, to National Park boardwalks, hiking trials and swimming beaches. At our Tour Desk we can book reef trips, river cruises, paddle treks, guided day & night walks, 4WD tours, horse riding. |
