Set on four scenic acres, our accommodation is spacious, private, serviced, self-contained or with bed & breakfast options, and ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. We are close enough to Wanaka to walk into the town, but far enough away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our tempting breakfast, lunch and dinner menus allow you to indulge in delicious home-cooked food (not included in the room rate unless you reserve a bed and breakfast room), and after a day of exploration, you can unwind with your private deck or garden. The lodges, cottage, apartment, studios and rooms, all with en-suite or private bathrooms, range from one to seven bedrooms, accommodating from 1 to 17 guests in total. All beds have electric blankets in winter, bedrooms have individual heating and in the bathrooms, there are heaters, hairdryers, towels and guest toiletries to add to your comfort. The private kitchens contain a fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, crockery and cutlery, with the cottage and lodges also having an oven. Complimentary facilities barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, spa pool, hi-speed wireless internet, broadband internet and drying room for sports or walking equipment. We also have mountain bikes for hire, offer a laundry service and secure storage for motorbikes, boats and hunting equipment. If you are arriving in Wanaka without transport we will come and collect you, and complimentary transfer extends to up to 4 guests staying 7 days or longer coming from Queenstown. |

| Getting There |
For a scenic drive travelling from the Queenstown direction, take the SH89 signposted Cardrona/Wanaka and continue for about 30 minutes (add time for photos). As you approach Wanaka, take the first left into Studholme Road South, and we are the second driveway on the left. Travelling from Haast, Franz Joseph, Mount Cook, Dunedin, Cromwell or Queenstown (via the vineyards), follow the SH6 then SH84 into Wanaka, and drive along the lake. Take a left turn signposted Cardrona/Queenstown (McDougall Street) and follow the road for approx 2km. Take a right turn into Studholme Road South and we are the second driveway on the left. If you are arriving without transport, please let us know in advance and we will pick you up. |
| Parking |
All accommodation has its own carport or private off-street parking space, and there is more than enough room on site for additional cars or boats. Secure locked storage is available for bicycles, motorbikes etc if required. |

Wanaka has a variety of activities for young, old, families and the adventurous. In our office we have brochures and information on a selection of tours and activities which we are happy to book on your behalf. |
