Set in a World Heritage Area, Fiordland Lodge offers the discerning traveller comfort and privacy. The elegance and splendour of the lodge is mirrored in the breathtaking views of Lake Te Anau and Fiordland.

Private and serene, the lodge is the perfect base for a Fiordland experience. The open architecture of the lodge reflects the vastness of the Fiordland National Park. High ceilings, full trunk pillars and a massive riverstone fireplace provide a warm spacious environment with a sense of solidity and style. Superb cuisine, along with specially selected NZ wines, is served in the Lodge's dining room.

Complimenting the Lodge's ten guest rooms, include an Executive Suite, and two traditionally built Log Cabins, ideal for families or two couples travelling together. Fiordland Lodge is designed to be a luxury retreat for adults so unfortunetly children are unable to be accepted under the age of 5 years of age.

Situated on a rural property, 5 minutes north of Te Anau on the highway to Milford Sound, Fiordland Lodge is the perfect base from where to discover the magic of Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound, explore the Glowworm Caves, or take a scenic flight. It is the departure point for the world famous Milford, Grand Traverse, Kepler and Hollyford Tracks, and just the place to relax or your return.

Fiordland Lodge is home to Fiordland Guides, a professional experienced guiding service for fly fishing, birdwatching, and nature walking. Fiordland Guides specialises in upstream sight fishing, All fishing is catch and release. Fish amongst the stunning scenery on remote rivers in Fiordland, or try back country fishing closer to home.

Getting There	Directions from Queenstown-From Queenstown airport turn left onto State Highway 6. Continue on this highway for approximately 90kms to the Five Rivers turnoff. There is a cafe here. Turn right. Follow this road for 20kms until you reach Mossburn. At Mossburn turn right onto State Highway 94 to Te Anau, 58kms on. Directions to find us-drive 5kms north of Te Anau on the road to Milford Sound. You will see us clearly signposted at No 472. Turn up the driveway on your right. Continue up the drive, keeping to the centre drive where the road forks into three. Note that you do not see the Lodge from the main road.
