Ocean Motel is the closest motel to the Paraparaumu Airport and located only 45 minutes up the coast from Wellington's CBD, Te Papa, Westpac Stadium and Interislander ferries, you are close enough to spend the day shopping and sightseeing and return to a sunset walk along the beach with magnificent views of Kapiti Island.

We are a small, boutique motel with only 9 rooms in total. Each offering something to suit. Spa bath units for 2, or studios that will sleep up to 4, all with cooking facilities. If you require an extra separate bedroom our 1-bedroom studio will suit. Or our spacious (1000sqft) family villas will cater for up to 7 with wheelchair facilities. The kids can safely enjoy the play area and swings in park-like landscaped grounds. Port-a-cot, Highchair and Roll-a-way beds available. Extra off-street parking for boats or trailers. We offer FREE Wireless Broadband Internet, Sky TV on 32" LCD TVs, Continental Breakfasts.

A truly tranquil, spacious location, only a short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants, shops and Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club. You will always enjoy your stay with us.

Getting There	Turn west onto Kapiti Road at the lights on SHW1. Follow Kapiti Road, Ocean Road is the third road on the left after the airport. Motel is 50 meters from corner. Follow the "Quiet Motel" signs from the end of the airport.
Parking	Off-street parking with room to park trailer/boats or trucks if required.
Things To Do	2 different Day trips to Kapiti Island Nature Reserve, Horse Riding and Wild Life Reserves. Gliding, Flying, Helicopter Scenic Flights, Golf, Good Food and Dining. Shopping and relaxing at the beach. Visit Kapiti Marine Reserve for swimming, boating, and diving but fishing must be outside of the Reserve.
