Budget boutique motel opposite Darwins best beach and the famed Darwin Sailing Club. Twenty five air-conditioned rooms with en suites. Large camp kitchens, salt water swimming pool, free wireless broadband and BBQ facilities. The Capricornia is on the waterfront a short walk from the Museum; the casino; sailing club; trailer boat club; bowls club and ski club.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the motel and $2 mini buses will collect guests to take them anywhere in the CBD area.We have rooms with double beds and single beds and family rooms with both. All rooms feature bar fridges and tea and coffee facilities.

Getting There	Drive 1 kilometre past the Casino on the main East Point Road and the motel is virtually opposite the Darwin Sailing Club. Entrance is via Kellaway Street which runs parallel to East Point Road.
Parking	A limited number of off street car parking spaces are available with additional spaces outside the motel.
