Park Hotel Chianti is situated in the heart of “Chianti” area, 15 Km. from Florence and 40 Km. from Siena; thanks to its central location and to its easy connection with the Motorway A1, it offers the possibility to reach in a short time the most important places to visit in all our region as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra. Seaside is also at a reasonable driving distance (1hour). Familiar and relaxing atmosphere, the Hotel disposes of 43 double rooms, all modern equipped with private bath/WC, hair-dryer, telephone, safe, mini-bar, air-conditioning, TV colour with cable, balcony. A private open air swimming-pool with solarium, a large garden, mountain-bikes free of charge, an American-bar always open and a private locked parking-area are the other facilities we put at the disposal of our guests. The area offers the possibility to visit the farms (Fattorie) where the famous “Chianti Classico” red wine is produced, and where it is possible to taste the wine, too. Many typical restaurants around the hotel have a large choice of the local food specialities, according, of course with our Chianti wine. Our staff is at Your disposal to organise any kind of trekking and bike tours (bike renting is free of charge). Around the Hotel, there are several tour propositions for trekking and for biking. The organisation for museums and castle visits, wine and gastronomic tours in the local Fattorie (wine farm productions) and cooking courses is also available, for groups and individuals. |

| Getting There |
Take the Milano-Roma A1 motorway and exit at Firenze-Certosa; after the pay toll, continue along the Firenze-Siena highway and exit at Tavarnelle ( third exit in direction Siena ). At the stop turn right and you will find Park Hotel Chianti at 200 metres. From Florence Airport: Take immediately right on the Highway and follow "ROMA" direction on A1 motor-way, and exit at "Firenze Certosa". Then follow the above-stated information. From Pisa Airport: From Pisa- Galileo Galilei Airport, exit the airport following the direction to Florence on the Fi-Pi-Li freeway. Exit the road at Firenze Signa and take the A1 Highway south towards Rome (ROMA). Exit at Firenze Certosa. From there take the Siena 4 Corsie, which is the first road on the right after the pay toll booth. Exit at Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. Turn on the right and after 200 metres you will find Hotel. |
