From Queenstown or Cromwell/Wanaka: At Frankton roundabout turn on to State Highway 6 signposted to Invercargill. Pass the airport and cross the one-way bridge. The road meanders 2.5 km to the Remarkables Ski Resort entrance. The Lodge is 3.4 km past the Ski Resort Entrance, on the left hidden from view by trees. From the South on State Highway 6: After the road moves away from the lake, the Lodge is on the right on the outside of a left hand bend. By plane: Leaving the airport you reach a T intersection which is State Highway 6. Turn left, and follow the directions above. |

| Things To Do |
Queenstown has so much to offer there is never enough time to experience it all. But the lodge has some special activities that can take you off the beaten track or maximise your time here. From our helipad be whisked to the top of Remarkables Mountains to take in the views and enjoy a glass of champagne or a picnic lunch. Take the helicopter to Milford Sound or let a guide take you for a hike in the wilderness, land on a glacier, or try your hand at fly fishing in areas only accessible by helicopter. Take in two of the areas highlights in one day with a morning flight to Milford Sound returning to Glenorchy for lunch and the afternoon Dart River jet boat trip before returning to the lodge. Or just take an afternoon out and enjoy the lodge's facilities: - Swimming Pool - Tennis Court - 68 jet Hydrotherapy Spa - Finnish Sauna - Croquet - Pentaque - Snooker table - Extensive library |
