The apartment is composed by a sunny living room with a well equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, and fridge-freezer), a large dinning table, a very spacious double sofa-bed and a T.V. The bathroom is furnished with a bidet, washing machine, box shower and a sink. The cosy bedroom is equipped with two single beds designed to compose a double king size bed.

Getting There	The apartment is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma either from the Train station by public boat, and is just a few minutes walking from the boat stop “Fondamente Nove”. If you are arriving from the airport Marco Polo please take the service ALILAGUNA and get off at the stop FONDAMENTE NOVE. If you are arriving from PIAZZALE ROMA please take the water bus N. 42, 52 and get off at FONDAMENTE NOVE stop. If you are arriving from TRAIN STATION please take the water bus N.42,52 and get off at FONDAMENTE NOVE stop. From Fondamente Nove follow directions to the hospital “Ospedale Fondamente”, cross the bridge, and turn right at the first street. At the end of this street there is a fountain, turn right at the first street.
