Visit queens park, museum, splash palace pool complex, stadium southland, velodrome, just 20mins to bluff and ferry departure to Stewart Island. Great base for travelling through the Catlins scenic route and the Southern Scenic route to Manapouri and Te Anau. Visit Oreti beach and the numerous walking tracks in the sandy point area 10 km away. |
