Cheltenham Apartments is a 3 storey walk up building and all our apartments are 2 bedroom with most having seaviews, some sleeping up to 5 people, fully self contained, all linen is provided,full kitchen with all cooking equipment microwave & dishwasher, full bathroom with bath & shower, each apartment has a laundry with a clothes dryer, cable TV direct dial phones and lock up garages which have access to security foyers. We have various apartments available,to upgrade to, some with a spabath,(Subject to availability) private BBQ sundeck with outdoor sun furniture all being executive apartments . We have a large mediteranian heated pool and BBQ area. We are situated at Kings Beach Caloundra and our back exit gate takes you across the new Kings Beach parkland area with stage where there is various live concerts from time to time and a great playground area for kids only 2 Minutes walk to patrolled Kings Beach. Also within this walking distance there is a Tavern, Surf Club, 3 restaurants a cafe and corner store.PLEASE Have your Mastercard or Visa ready on check in, for us to sight. NO CREDIT CARD ON ARRIVAL, NO CHECK IN. |

| Getting There |
We are 1 hours drive north of Brisbane. Take the Caloundra turn off and at the Stockland Shopping Centre Turn left at the free turn sign says "Kings Beach/Dickys Beach", go ahead to roundabout and go right, through a set of traffiic lights and at the next roundabout go straight through and you are on King Street. We are 150 mtrs up on the right hand side. The local bus terminal is only a 5 min drive and we are able to pick you up with prior arrangements. Maroochydore airport is only 35 mins away. |

All the local attractions are at your door step. Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Aussie World, Big Kart Track, Eumundi Markets just to name a few and all within 40 minute driving time. We stock a full tour desk and all tours can be organised through reception at no additional charge. Restaurants are in plenty in Caloundra, within walking distance or a short drive, taxi or bus ride.
