Set on 89 acres of bush and grazing land in the glorious Avon Valley. Our property is situated off the beaten track adjacent to Poison Gully nature reserve. The house comprises of three Suites with bathrooms each in their own separate wing. The balcony area is set aside for relaxation and eating and features views across the Avon Valley. We also feature a heated spa which is housed in its own Gazebo area. The Courtyard Suite features its own hot tub. Nestled in amongst the Lemon Scented gums is our Log Cabin which is self-contained with heated outdoor spa. This is ideal for a couple with romance in mind or for a family to share. The newly completed Belvedere is a bungalow with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, self-contained with heated outdoor spa and whilst great for a couple would also suite families or groups.

Set amongst lemon scented gums our s/c Cabin is the ideal romantic hide way. Heated spa and pot belly for winter. Air conditioned for summer. A real little gem in the bush. TV and loads of DVD's in cabin to veg out and enjoy. Not STAR Rated.
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total.

Getting There	By car from Perth to Toodyay - approx. 86 kms and then 17 kms north east of Toodyay on the Bindi Bindi Rd (Telegraph Rd out of town). Turn left on the Bindoon/Dewars Pool Rd (12kms from town) then 4.2kms on left is Black Wattle Rd. Follow for 2.5kms then turn right onto our driveway and follow all the way to the top.
Parking	Ample free car parking in our secure car park.
Things To Do	Wineries, Olive Farms, Lavender Farms, Local Potters, Arts and Crafts abound. Close to New Norcia which features the only monastic town in WA. Adjacent to the Chittering Valley for wine tours and fruit picking. Loads of Antiques and old junk as well as Historical sites such as the Old Gaol, Connors Mill and historic churches. Many events on throughout the year such as Avon Descent, Targa Rally, Music Festival and Moondyne Festival.
