ARCOTEL Boltzmann - PKW A1 – WEST HIGHWAY (Westautobahn) Drive along A1 (West highway) in direction WIEN/AUHOF. Follow the street “HITZINGER KAI- Schönbrunner Schloßstrasse”. This street merges into the street “Schönbrunner Strasse”. Go straight ahead until the street “Gürtel” (part Gaudenzdorfer/ Margaretengürtel). Drive left and the street “Gürtel” always straight ahead until the “Volksoper” (opera house on the right side). Turn right into the “Währingerstrasse” and turn at the second traffic light left into the “Boltzmanngasse”. You are at our hotel in about 100 meters. A2 – SOUTH HIGHWAY (Südautobahn) Drive along A1 (South highway), go out at Altmannsdorf/Inzersdorf and follow the street until the exit Gürtel. Drive along the “Triester Strasse” till “Matzleinsdorfer Platz”. Turn left to the “Margaretengürtel” and follow the “Gürtel” always straight ahead until the “Volksoper” (opera house on the right side). Turn right into the “Währingerstrasse” and turn at the second traffic light left into the “Boltzmanngasse”. You are at our hotel in about 100 meters. A4 – AIRPORT Drive along A4 (East Highway) in direction Vienna. Follow the street “Schüttelstrasse” (direction city cetre). Stay on this street (it`s changing the name into “Untere Donaustrasse”, then into “Obere Donaustrasse” and finally into “Brigittenauer Lände”. Here keep left and turn on the bridge “Friedensbrücke” to “Alserbachstrasse”. Follow the street until “Nussdorferstrasse”. Turn left and on the next traffic light turn left again into the “Währingerstrasse”. On the next traffic light turn left into the “Boltzmanngasse”. You are at our hotel in about 100 meters. A22 – DANUBESHORE HIGHWAY (Donauuferautobahn) Drive along A22 and go out on the exit “Nordbrücke”. Follow the street “Nussdorfer Lände”, then "Heiligenstätter Lände” until “Alserbachstrasse”. Follow the street straight ahead until you come to “Nussdorferstrasse”. Turn left and on the next traffic light left again into the “Währingerstrasse”. On the next traffic light turn left into the “Boltzmanngasse”. You are at our hotel in about 100 meters. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Airport: · by bus (Vienna Airport Lines) to “Westbahnhof” (Railway Station West), there change into tram number 5 (direction Praterstern) and get out at the station “Währingerstrasse, Spitalgasse”. Follow the “Währingerstrasse” for 100 meters and turn left into the “Strudlhofgasse”. The next street is the “Boltzmanngasse” where the hotel is situated. · by CAT – City Airport Train (16 minutes to the city). At the station “Landstrasse Wien-Mitte” change to underground U3 (direction Ottakring) and get out at the station “Volkstheater”, change into the U2 (direction Schottenring) and get out at the station “Schottentor – Universität”. Change into tram (37, 38, 40, 41, 42) and get out at the second station “Spitalgasse – Nussdorferstrasse” Westbahnhof ( Railway Station West ) · take tram number 5 (direction Praterstern) and get out at the station “Währingerstrasse, Spitalgasse”. Follow the “Währingerstrasse” for 100 meters and turn left into the “Strudlhofgasse”. The next street is the “Boltzmanngasse” where the hotel is situated. Südbahnhof ( Railway Station South ) · take tram number D (direction Nussdorf) and get out at station “Schottentor”. Change into tram (37, 38, 40, 41, 42) and get out at the second station “Spitalgasse – Nussdorferstrasse” · we recommend to get off in Meidling and take the underground U6 (direction Floridsdorf). Get out at the station “Währingerstrasse” and change into tram (40,41,42 direction Schottentor). Get out at ”Sensengasse”, opposite is the Boltzmanngasse. The hotel is situated about 100 meters away. Closed by are the trams 5,33,37,38,40,41,42 (only 5 minutes walking distance). The tram number D is about 10 minutes walking distance and as well as the underground stations U6 and U2. |
| Parking |
You can use the public parking place in front of the hotel. In the whole 9th district is from monday to friday from 09:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. short-stay parking zone. One hour costs EUR 1,20. You’ll get short-stay parking tickets at the reception. If you want to, our receptionists can change for you the tickets the whole time, because it is only allowed to put in tickets for 3 hours. |
