With spacious living rooms and sun decks, beautifully positioned on a sweeping bend of the Noosa waterways, Portside is the only resort in the River area of Noosa which is totally waterfront. Our Northeast aspect ensures we get the beautiful winter sun in the mornings and cooling south-easterly summer breezes in the summer. Each unit is fully equipped with designer décor, full kitchen facilities, modern appliances, full laundry, two bathrooms, reverse cycle air conditioning and a lock-up garage. Designed for self-catering and waterfront living, Portside Noosa Waters offers guests every comfort for a great holiday! Private decks, balcony and gardens to laze the days away watching the boats go by the resort. Fish from your front garden or in nearby Noosa River Restaurants and the Noosa Yacht Club only minutes away. Close to excellent golf clubs and the Noosa Bowls Club. Noosa's main surf beach is within comfortable reach. Everything Noosa has to offer is near at hand be it by a short stroll or by bus or ferry. Moor your boat in front of your unit or just catch a fish. It is that simple. Portside has individual mooring facilities and a central jetty for additional boats and for fishing. Entrance to the resort mooring facilities and the Noosa Waters canal area is via an electronic-gated lock system located within 200m of the resort. Resort Facilities: Two & three bedroom townhouses accommodating up to 6 guests. Spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bathroom & third toilet/vanity on ground floor. | Getting There |
Portside is in Noosaville, located 140km north of Brisbane Airport, approximately 1½ hrs by road. It is also serviced by Sunshine Coast Airport, 25km south and 20 minutes by road with regular coach shuttle services. Directions for drivers: Turn off the Bruce Highway at the Noosa-Eumundi Road. Upon reaching Noosaville, turn right at the final roundabout into Gibson Road. Portside Court is the first left turn. |

A lock-up garage is available for each townhouse. Guests are asked to park second cars or boat trailers on-street immediately outside the resort. |

Visitor Information & attractions: The Noosaville area has become famous for its first class restaurants catering for all tastes. Most of these restaurants are in the Thomas/Gympie terrace vicinity and all within a short walk from Portside Noosa waters. Noosa harbour also boasts wonderful restaurants and shops. Sit and relax with a refreshing drink on the boardwalk/marina and take in the atmosphere. Tours may be booked through reception and include: Noosa Everglades tour and hinterland tour, Sunset ferry cruise and dinner on the Noosa River, Whale watching at Hervey Bay (August onwards), Frazer Island, Blackall Ranges, Montville and Melany, Glasshouse Mountains, winery tours, the Ginger Factory, Eumundi Markets and Valley Rattler. Have fun with surf skis/body boards, stroll along the beautiful Noosa River Foreshore and waterways, check out the shops and indulge at the coffee houses, swim or relax by the pool/spa, wind down with a massage in the comfort of your own unit. Hire a bike and discover Noosa's hidden delights. Enjoy the fabulous golf courses located nearby. Climb Mt Timbeerwah and marvel at the breathtaking 360 degree views. Hit the beach, visit the River Read Book store, the Noosaville Garden Centre, the Noosa Heads Bowls Club or the scenic National Park.
