The complex is located beside the Pumicestone Passage Marine Park between the Bribie Island bridge and the canal entrance to Pacifice Harbour. All apartments are comfortably furnished with fully equipped kitchens and laundry, TV/DVD, ceiling fans, ensuites include bath and bidet. Some apartments are air-conditioned, have Foxtel and a personal BBQ on the front balcony which overlooks the sea. |

All apartments overlook the Pumicestone Passage Marine Park. This waterway has a sandy beach in front of the complex and is safe for swimming and good for fishing. You can choose apts with air-conditioning or ceiling fans,private BBQ or Foxtel. Rates are for 4 people. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

This is a gated complex and therefore the managers need to be contacted prior to the initial vehicular entry. The front gates at 97 Sylvan Beach Esplanade is always open for pedestrian access. |

The Gums Anchorage is less than an hour's drive north of Brisbane city and airport. Direct transport can be arranged between the airport and the complex and there are also train and bus connections. Caboolture is 20mins away and on the main Brisbane to Cairns railway line. |

One lock-up garage is attached to each unit and there is on-street parking adjacent to the complex. |
