Homestead Lodge is a motel complex situated within 10 minutes walk of beautiful Caroline Bay in Timaru.There are restuarants bars,fast-food,and main street shopping all within 10 mins.Our units are clean,comfortable,and affordable, with studio units sleeping 2/3 and larger 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchen,lounge etc.As resident owners we guarantee your stay with us will be a time to remember |

Rates are for 1-2 people. Maximum is 3. Extra adult NZ$15 & children NZ$10 per night. Studio unit with 1 queen bed or double & 1 single. These have micro-wave, toaster,tea/coffee sky tv,fridge. Please specify bedding required when booking. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

We offer well lit,flat spacious parking well off the road where you can pull your car up to your door of your unit if required.There are no parking fees. Cancellation policy Cancellations must be made 24hours proir to arrival date . All bookings not cancelled by this time will have first nights accommodation debited to account. |
