Verdelais is a luxury beachfront Bed and Breakfast and Boutique Wedding Venue. It is located 30 minutes north of Auckland Harbour Bridge on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. The address is 36 Tindalls Bay Road, Tindalls Bay, Whangaparaoa. Verdelais offers beauty, peace and comfort with genuine hospitality. Verdelais is ideally suited for a weekend's rest, a small wedding, a stay for a local event, a mini conference or a break in your journey to or from the Bay of Islands. Our accommodation has three rooms which include the 'Verdelais Suite'- a garden suite with king size beds or twin beds. It has a full size bathroom with spa bath, private entrance and patio. The 'Aquarius'and 'Coral' rooms both have queen size beds, ensuites, and spectacular views of the bay. All rooms have TV/DVD, reverse-cycle air con. and tea and coffee making facilities. Sky and Internet facilities are available in the comfort of our two lounge areas. Breakfast is a signature meal. Seasonal vegetables and fruit are home grown and freshly picked as well fresh eggs laid daily by our two hens Enjoy a drink from our well stocked bar before dinner served by request, at our dining table or on the veranda, taking in the view of the bay. Alternatively, choose from a variety of international cuisine at nearby Manly Village restaurants. Take a walk through our garden and down to the beach for a swim, there are three other safe beaches within easy walking distance. If you are lucky, you may see dolphins cavorting in the bay. Verdelais is the perfect venue for a small,exclusive and elegant wedding for up to 30 guests. All services can be arranged and catering is all supplied on the premises. Verdelais is ideally situated near Gulf Harbour International Golf Course and Marina. Waiwera Thermal Pools, Ferry to Auckland, the Luge, Snow Planet and the Wineries.There are so many other attractions in the locality too numerous to list. |

| Getting There |
Getting to Verdelais is easy. From Auckland take the Norther Motorway over Auckland Harbour Bridge and drive north for approx. 35 Kms to Silverdale, Orewa and Whangaparaoa. Take the Silverdale off-ramp and go around the traffic island and over the motorway and through the next traffic island. Proceed through Silverdale and turn right at the Whangaparaoa traffic lights. Continue on Whangaparaoa Road for 8 kms, going past the Whangaparaoa shopping Plaza to Manly Village (2 kms) Turn right at the traffic island and continue up the road for another 500 metres. Take the first road on the left which is Tindalls Bay Road and Verdelais is no. 36 on your left. Drive down the driveway where a warm welcome awaits you. |
