The Morpeth Lodge Motel consists of 9 new units, each with single or double beds, ensuite, air-conditioner and heater facilities, TV, DVD player, safe, bar fridge, toaster and kettle with tea and coffee provided. A separate common room/kitchen facility is also available for visitors use. The motel has a capacity to hold 24 guests and individual or group bookings are accepted. There are several restaurant/cafes in Morpeth which are only 15 minute walk or 1 minute driveaway. A Continental Breakfast Basket is available at the Motel if required at $7.50 per person. The Hunter Tennis Resort is a small boutique style tennis centre that is situated on over 4 acres of land and is just around the corner from the historic village of Morpeth. The Hunter Tennis Resort consists of: - 5 synthetic grass day/night courts - Swimming Pool and BBQ area - Club House and amenities - Car parking for 45 cars - Resident tennis coaches - Circuit walking/running track Morpeth is considered to be the hub of the Hunter with beautiful beaches and waterways in one direction and the famous Hunter Valley Vineyards in the other direction. Maitland town centre is only minutes away from the resort and there are various shops also only a short drive away. The resort is less than 2 hours drive from Sydney and is within 30 minutes of Newcastle airport. |

The Hunter Tennis Resort is located 30 minutes by taxi from Newcastle Airport and 5 minutes away from East Maitland Train Station. If travelling by car Resort is located 300m from Morpeth off Morpeth Road when travelling towards Maitland. |
