Exclusive Waterfront accommodation at Belongil Beach, Byron Bay. Water and Hinterland views 50km. all the way to Mt Warning across our tropical gardens from COTTAGE and GAZEBO, exotic tropical garden setting from WING and STUDIO. All just 150 meters to Beach and a 10 minutes beach walk to Byron town main street. Two close-by cafe / restuarants.

A Beach House At Byron is set in expansive tropical gardens fronting onto a waterfront nature reserve full of bird and fish life. A Beach House at Byron offers privacy and comfort in beautiful exclusive Belongil Beach at Byron Bay. The three separate buildings are classic byron style with lots of timber features. Our furnishings are all a lovely blend of cane some antiques and some made by local artisans.

We have FOUR styles of accommodation:

The COTTAGE: Space out whilst you enjoy magnificent views through our lush tropical gardens then over water & hinterland all the way to Mt Warning. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs, ones a HUGE bedroom with TV DVD STEREO, writing desk, lounge and coffee table, both upstairs bedrooms front a large furnished deck. Downstairs is a comfy nine seat lounge area with high definition 82cm LCD TV DVD. A full kitchen and large dining tables both outdoor and indoor. The Cottage has a lovely polished cement bathroom bathroom upstairs, 2 daybeds downstairs (one in the lounge and one on the downstairs deck). Also it has its own furnished courtyard and direct access to the waterfront and tropical gardens. Soak up the view and enjoy the cool sea breeze in summer or the slow combustion fire in winter.

The WING: Two Bedroom lovely garden outlook, one queen bedroom with LCD TV DVD and one double bedroom down the hallway. At the end of the hall is a BIG bathroom with a HUGE bath, separate shower and a separate toilet. There is a small bar fridge, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, kettle and a 4 seat table in the queen bedroom. The WING adjoins a furnished deck with 2 big cushy arm chairs that look over the beautiful tropical gardens. Perfect for a couple or two singles.

The GAZEBO: Mind numbing panoramic views from above the waters edge, views of the water and mountains for 50km all the way to Mt Warning. The GAZEBO is very cosy and comfy, wide LCD TV DVD cool Stereo, basic kitchen stuff like microwave, toaster, kettle, sink (on deck). Everything about this room is cool, you are living in the view and can hear the fish jumping. Downstairs is a lounge and the bathroom.

The STUDIO: Lovely tropical garden setting, en-suite bathroom. Flat screen TV DVD STEREO, most of the kitchen stuff you need; microwave and half size fridge but no stove. It fronts a furnished garden patio on one side and you can park your car on right on the other side. THE STUDIO has high ceilings, timber floors and very nice furniture. Beautiful!

Shush after 10pm; A Beach House At Byron is in a quite area and like many exclusive Byron properties has a strict noise policy after 10pm.

Getting There	There are many taxis and mini buses available from Coolangatta or Ballina Byron airport, just tell them the address 12 Giaour st. Belongil Beach Byron Bay, all the drivers know where we are. We are located at Belongil Beach and that is 1km. north north west from Byron town centre. From the Pacific Highway, take the only Byron Bay turn off into Ewingsdale Road. Drive for 4km, after you go over the bridge drive for 1km and turn left at Kendall St. Kendall becomes Border St. then Childe St. Turn left at the Santori cafe into Giaour st. We have a circular pebble driveway 50 meters along Giaour (second last property on the right) Once you arrive at the property, park on the pebbles or undercover then the rooms are located as described below. The STUDIO is the first building on the left and its entrance is the sliding doors FIRST TURN LEFT from the paved path. The WING is part of the main building and its entrance is the first sliding door on your left UP 3 VERY WIDE WOODEN STEPS to a wooden deck The COTTAGE is part of the main building and its entrance is the door with the 'COTTAGE' sign over it, up 3 EVEN WIDER WOODEN STEPS. The GAZEBO is found by FOLLOWING THE PAVED PATH, keep right and walk about 50 meters until you see the green steps, go up the green steps.
Parking	Street and off street and undercover parking is available.
Things To Do	Enjoy our beautiful Belongil beach just 150 meters away, great for body surfing and well protected (as its in the Bay) from most big wave conditions. Soak up the funky Byron lifestyle just 2 minutes walk to Santori Tapis restaurants and 3 minutes to Belongil Beach Cafe. Take a 3 minute taxi ride or 15 minute beach stroll into downtown Byron and take in the night life and numerous restaurants clubs and bars and the many live music venues. Hop on the Nimbin express and get sucked into the hippie past and soak up the atmosphere (not too much). Tour the beautiful hinterland and its many small villages. Go sky diving 10 minutes away at Tyagara feilds. Go whale watching right at Belongil Beach or go on a whale watching tour. Kayaking, surfing, 2 yoga & pilate studios 3 minutes walk, hire a bicycle and more....
