CENTREPOINT HAS A NO PARTY POLICY. DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING A PARTY HERE.YOU WILL BE EVICTED WITH NO REFUND. Centrepoint is located on the edge of the central city in historical Spring Hill, one of Brisbane's oldest and most prestigious suburbs. We have a selection of one, two & three bedroom fully self-contained, individually furnished apartments. Apartments are a mix of modern and older style, no two are the same. Wickham Terrace Medical specialists, St. Andrews & Brisbane Private hospitals are a two minute walk. Brisbane City, the Transit Centre & Roma Street Parklands are all within ten minutes walking time. Suncorp Sports Stadium takes about 14 minutes. We have a dedicated on-site management team, under cover parking, pool, sauna and recreation room with billiards table. A private outdoor BBQ area is also available. The two towers contain 51 apartments with the outdoor pool area situated between them in a resort style setting. All apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities. Wifi available in all apartments. Again, Centrepoint has a no party policy. |

Leichhardt Street is a well known historical street in the Spring Hill area off Edward Street from the city. Central Railway Station is on Edward and Ann Streets corner. |

Our location allows you to take a short walk to the city for shopping, theatres, restaurants and riverside activities. Roma Street Parklands are a few minutes in the opposite direction. Suncorp Stadium is also a short walk away for the various football codes and international matches. |
