A great place to stay, away from the cold in heated cabins – take a day trip to the snow, wineries or follow the Ned Kelly Trail. Benalla Leisure Park is four star park that has 35 cabins including four honeymooner spa cabins and five family size cabins. | Getting There |
Heading south take the first off ramp from the Hume Freeway, the park is on the way into town on the right hand side. Heading North take the first off ramp into Benalla turn right at the roundabout and continue through town on Bridge Street, over the Broken River and through the CBD continue on Bridge Street until it turns to Sydney Road, you seem to be heading out of town we are on this road about 800 meters past the Coles Supermarket on the Left hand side. |

| Things To Do |
Benalla is central to many attractions of North-East Victoria. Only 2 hours from Melbourne on the Hume Freeway, home of Winton Motor Raceway which host the V8 Super cars and various other Motor Racing events. This is Ned Kelly country so why not do a Ned Kelly Trail. Recreational water sports and fishing on the lakes and streams in the area. Wineries that produce premium quality wines, berry and cherry farms, cheese factory. Great four wheel driving in the hills and Benalla is only an hour away from the snow fields. Visit the beautiful Botanical and rose gardens with barbeques, children’s playgrounds and the Sir Weary Dunlop Memorial statue, the Costume and Pioneer Museum which houses Ned Kelly relics or visit the Benalla Regional Art Gallery or take a wander around the lake. Gliding facilities are world class at the Benalla Airport. Visit Winton Motor Raceway. |
