We are a 16 unit complex that offers spacious units and is ideally suited to family groups or people needing larger units. We are located just 1km from the Palms Shopping centre and are in a reasonably quiet location set well back off the road. All our rooms have cooking facilities and are all non smoking. We are a two storied complex and all upstairs units have balconies. A playground is situated in the middle of the complex giving the kids some space to run around. Ample on site parking. We are a 4 star Qualmark rated property. Now a Qualmark Enviro-Bronze rated property. Give us a try today. |

Good sized 3 bedroom units are hard to come by, but we can help your larger group or family in one of our spacious units. These units are self contained and offer full cooking facilities with full oven and fridge freezer. On ground floor for easy access. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $17.50. Extra children $11.25. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

Our property is located on New Brighton Road exactly 1km from the Palms Shopping centre which is on the corner of Marshlands Road and New Brighton Roads. The number 70 bus goes right past our gate from the city centre. An airport collection service is available (conditions apply) |
| Parking |
Ample off street parking is available and some large vehicle parking can be arranged (prior notice needed). Our units are back off the road so offer very private parking. |

Christchurch can offer a range of activities and our staff are more than happy to assist you with bookings for any local attractions. Discount vouchers for some activities are available from our reception area. |
