Sinclair’s Country Retreat is situated on 112 acres of selectively cleared bushland. From your room you have a beautiful landscape view of Lake Conjola and will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of our native Australian bush land. Located just over two and a half hours drive from Sydney and 20 minutes from Jervis Bay is Sinclair’s Country Retreat. We are comfortably tucked back into the hills of Lake Conjola. Just before the turn off for Fisherman’s Paradise, as you are travelling south from Sydney to Melbourne on the Princes Highway. The property has 4 motel style rooms with a basic kitchenette attached to each room. Our fully licensed restaurant has been setup so that guest’s can self cater or order from the menu. |

| Getting There |
Located just over two and a half hours drive South of Sydney and 20 minutes South of Jervis Bay, is Sinclair’s Country Retreat. We are comfortably tucked back into the hills of Lake Conjola with lake views. Our property is located at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Bendalong Road. Our drive way is only 300 meters south of the Bendalong turn off. Please do not stop at the first house, keep driving down our lane until you come to the main gate. Look for our sign on the Highway. You can not miss it, as it shows a kangaroo jumping over the Opera House. (Note, some GPS show Bendalong Rd as Redhead Rd. Same Rd.). Be careful entering our property as the RTA is upgrading the highway along our property boundaries. |

| Things To Do |
• Bushing walking, walk up to our very own waterfall along Lunchon creek. Depending on the time of year you may be lucky enough to see it in full flow and have a swim. • Beaches, Lakes and Bays all within ten minutes of our property. Manyana Beach is best known for its sweeping white sandy beach and family-friendly facilities. Mollymook Bay abounds with sea life and is home to the famous surfing Bottlenose dolphins with frequent whale sightings during migration season. Lake Conjola is great for fishing and family time. • Local attractions could also include a climb for the more adventurous to the top of Pigeon House Mountain or The Castle. A drive to Boyd Lookout. Even a walk at low tide across a sandy isthmus to Green Island provides wonderful views back into the mountains. You could even hire a dingy and cruise on Lake Conjola. • Our closest town of Milton loves to celebrate, playing host to the exciting Milton settlers fair each October long weekend and the vibrant Scarecrow festival in April amongst many other annual and occasional sporting and cultural events. Vibrant monthly craft markets, antique shops, cafe, museums, and a thriving cultural community, stamp Milton with its original character and maintain its links to the past. |
