Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is a fabulous new Bed & Breakfast, just 18km/20mins northwest of Grafton offering a water-sport heaven, a private getaway for couples, or an ideal location for small groups of people, away from the city and other stresses. With loads of activities to keep you occupied, hammocks to relax in, and nice fresh food to eat, you don't need to leave the resort at all. Stay in one of five beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated with local timbers, all with ensuites, and with private balconies overlooking the Big River and gorgeous landscaped gardens. One ground level room is suitable for the disabled. Or book the bunkhouse for family and friends to holiday together - sleeps up to 16 people. The Clarence is the best river in NSW for water-sports - long, wide, deep & glassy. Sealands has become the ultimate holiday destination for waterskiiers and wakeboarders. Bring your boat and enjoy an idyllic holiday at an affordable price. Tariff includes fully cooked breakfast. Lunch or dinner or room service can be arranged at your request. All B&B rooms are equipped with queen bed, electric blankets, hair dryer, ensuite bathroom with bath (4 rooms only), tea/coffee making facilities, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, clock radio, fridge with hot & cold filtered water dispenser, bathrobes, 4 have private balconies. Shared facilities include sauna, spa, swimming pool, barbecues, lounge/TV room, dining room, reading room, laundry with w/mach & dryer, boat ramp, jetty, lawn games, hammocks, pool table, juke box, safe & satellite internet access. On-site activities include badminton, volleyball, table tennis, darts, bocce and cricket. Waterskiing, wakeboarding, wake-surfing or fishing can be arranged or you may prefer to bring your own boat. Undercover parking available. Future developments for the 2008 year include the construction of a 7-hole pitch & putt golf course with practice green, mini putt putt golf courses, further riverfront landscaping & boardwalks, garden water features and barbecue areas. |

Travelling west from Grafton 6km on the Gwydir Highway turn right into Rogans Bridge Road, about 6km along turn right into Seelands Hall Road, and about 6km further, just off the bitumen, veer right into Riverstone Road. We are straight ahead with the black post & rail fence. If arriving by train, bus or air we can arrange complimentary pick up and drop off. |

Other local activities include Seelands Boat Hire and Seelands Safari 4WD tours of The Clarence Gorge, World Heritage Trail, Yuragir National Park, Solitary Islands Marine Park, Dorrigo National Park, Chaelundi National Park, Guy Fawkes National Park, Nymboi-Binderay National Park. For the horse-lovers our local identity Rosie may be able to take you for a guided horse-ride. What a hoot she is too! Great for a fun time.. The Big River is perfect for water-skiing, wakeboarding, wake-surfing & towing inflatable tubes. |
