We are located in the township of Te Anau on the corner of Luxmore Drive and Milford Road. We are on the main highway leading to Milford Sound and the Fiordland National Park. |

We are 5 minutes walk to all lake front activities. We have a large modern and safe on site playground for the kids. Our communal lounge has alot of room to laze around watch TV which includes Sky,play games or check your emails on our Broadband or Wireless internet facilities. |
