La Promenade overlooks the Pumicestone Passage and shipping channel and is only a short stroll from some of Queensland's finest beaches. La Promenade comprises 21 luxury one and two bedroom units and most take advantage of sweeping water views from private balconies. La Promenade's air-conditioned units are spacious, comfortable and beautifully finished, from terracotta floor tiles to granite benchtops. Above all though, they are designed with relaxation in mind and come complete with two televisions, free cable TV, DVD player (with access to a FREE in house DVD library of 150+ titles), a spa bath in each unit. The units have a fully equipped kitchenette, but for those who have no intention of a 'working' holiday, breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed at La Promenade's boardwalk cafe, which offers alfresco dining seven days a week. Each of the six penthouse units also has its own private roof garden with gas barbecue and cold water jacuzzi. Our famous breakfast special available to in-house guests is still only $10.00/person extra (payable direct to resort) |

| Getting There |
Caloundra is located one hour (by car) north of Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast. It is less than one hour by car from Brisbane Airport in non-peak hour periods. Caloundra has one main entry thoroughfare - Bulcock Street. As you enter the main business and shopping area, you will notice Stockland Shopping Centre on your left. Continue up Bulcock Street for 250 metres past Stockland and turn right into Tay Avenue. La Promenade is located 70 metres on your right - and right on the water. |
