The apartment is located in a cosy and quite area full of historical monuments and traditional glass shops. The property is also very close to Rialto Bridge, the busy heart of the city, and the boats departures for the tours of the major islands (Burano Murano Torcello).

The apartment, located at the fourth floor of an elegant complex, has been recently restored and redecorated.

Particular attention has been given to preserve the classical Venetian beans in order to give to our guests a little taste of a characteristic Venetian house.

The apartment is composed by a living room with a very comfortable dining table, a full-size double sofa bed, a T.V. and a furnished kitchen (double sink, fridge, gas cooker with electric oven). The bedroom is equipped with two single beds designed to compose if necessary a super king size bed a wardrobe and a writing/changing table. The large bathroom is furnished with a bidet, wash machine and a box shower and a sink.

Getting There	The apartment is easily reachable from Piazzale Roma either from the Train station by public boat, and is just a few minutes walking from the boat stop “Fondamente Nove”. If you are arriving from the airport Marco Polo please take the service ALILAGUNA and get off at the stop FONDAMENTE NOVE. If you are arriving from PIAZZALE ROMA please take the water bus N. 41, 52 and get off at FONDAMENTE NOVE stop. If you are arriving from TRAIN STATION please take the water bus N.41,52 and get off at FONDAMENTE NOVE stop.
