We have 26 spacious non-smoking suites, studios and family rooms perfect for that special occasion, business trip or family holiday. Conveniently situated just a short stroll from "The Square" with a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants at our doorstep. We are close to The Convention Centre, learning institutions, the Lido Aquatic Centre and many other sporting and leisure amenities. |

Studio with Spabath
Rates are for 1-2 people. Maximum 2. Spacious open-plan suites for couples. Queen bed, sofa, TV, VCR, DVD, dining area and kitchen. The bathroom has a tri-sided spa-bath with shower over. Babies under 9mths free or $5 with our cot. Highchair available Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 2 guests in total. Business FacilitiesWe have suites large enough to hold business meetings while keeping the bedroom private. To operate on-line we offer in-room broadband access at up to 2mbz/sec. In Reception we have fax and photocopying facilities plus mail delivery and collection. Telephone callers can dial our suites direct without having to talk to our operater. |

| Getting There |
Travelling by car: We are situated on Fitzherbert Ave in the second block from The Square between Fergusson St and College St, four driveways from Burger King. Travelling by bus: We are a 2 minute taxi ride or a 10-15 minute walk from the Bus Station. Head east down Pitt St, turn left at the end into Ferguson St then second right into Fitzherbert Ave (Burger King is on that corner) Travelling by train or plane: We are a 10 minute taxi ride from The Airport and the Train Station |

On-site car parking is provided for one vehicle per suite. Extra parks may be available by arrangement |
| Things To Do |
In just a few minutes you can walk from our motel to the CBD with shops, cafes, bars, theatres, mueseums, UCol and The Convention Centre. In the opposite direction we are a 10-15 minute walk to Ongley Park, The Lido Aquatic Centre and The Victoria Esplanade with rose gardens, bird enclosures and childrens fun park. From there you can follow walking/cycle tracks extending for some kilometres along the riverbank past the Manawatu and Palmerston North Golf Clubs. Within 20 minutes drive are a number of gardens to visit, some with excellent cafes, and Te Apiti Windfarm lookout/information area. Below the windfarm is the scenic Manawatu Gorge with obsevation points and walking tracks above. A short drive or bus-ride from us on the opposite side of the river is Massey University, Crop & Food Research and Linton Army Base |
