The Hunter Valley Bed & Breakfast is located in North Rothbury, 15km north of Cessnock and 5km south of Branxton. Set on a stunning rural property, ideally situated in the wine region of the Hunter Valley. Our B&B is 4 star rated by the AAA (Automobile Association of Australia), come and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep just 10 minutes from the heart of the Hunter. With your comfort uppermost in mind, our B&B has been specifically designed so you room has a private entrance as well as a door leading to the ‘common room/breakfast area’. Your room has an ensuite, queen size bed and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Your French doors lead onto the verandah with a gentle country view that is easy on the eye, Set well off the road, traffic noise is minimal ... however, the frogs and birds have been known to be vocal at dusk and dawn. Kangaroos, morning and evening, are often in the front yard as you drive in. Following your day of touring the valley, relax on the verandah as the sun sets. The prefect opportunity to sample some of the delicious local produce from your day’s activities. As a thank you for staying at the Hunter Valley B&B, we have negotiated with our favourite speciality outlets and they offer our guests some wonderful discounts. Rustic Cottage
Quiet, rural but near restaurants and vineyards Views from front verandah include trees and fields. Kangaroos feed on the front lawn at dawn and dusk and native wildlife abounds. | Getting There |
The Hunter Valley is approximately 2 hours drive north of Sydney, up the F3 Freeway to Newcastle. Turn off the freeway at the Cessnock Exit. Follow the signs to Cessnock, and then Branxton. The Hunter Valley Bed and Breakfast is located on the main road (Wine Country Drive)that runs through the Hunter Valley between Cessnock and Branxton. We are 15 kms north of Cessnock and 5 kms south of Branxton. We are shown on all the tourist maps. There is a big yellow sign at our gates. |

| Things To Do |
Property is set on 200 acres of the original Lindemans Sunshine Vineyard. Shakey Tables, one of the top restaurants in the valley, is directly across the road. Four other restaurants are within 4km. |
