Hotel Claridge (Dorou 4) is located in downtown Athens at Omonia Circus since 1936 and with its new form from 1980 according to recent prescriptions of E.O.T. It has been totally renovated in 2003 ant it has offered hospitality during the period of Olympic Games in 2004 to members of Olympic Family and foreign journalists. The downtown location of Claridge Hotel Athens makes it an ideal base to discover all that the city has to offer, located only few steps from museums and archaeological areas, theatres, cinemas, centre market, Plaka, Monastiraki, Psirri and all the cosmopolitan areas of Athens. It is a C' category hotel (**), it has sound insulation and it consists of nine floors.The hotel has 53 air-conditioned bedrooms that are comfortable and well-equipped to make your stay relaxed. Some rooms with large balcony from where you can see Omonia Square. The hotel has a cafeteria, bar, breakfast room working from 7 to 10 in the morning and lounge, where you can meet your friends and have your coffee or drink. There are reasonable prices and our hotel's staff, which is very pleasant, willing, helpful and friendly, make you feel comfortable every time. |

The hotel offers by position immediate access to any point in Athens as it's only 50m from the metro station and in a walking distance of Acropolis and the surrounding Archeological sites, also of the famous Archeological museum and Keramikos. The nearest Bus Station is at a few metres away from hotel, as close is the City Centre, the Tube Station is at 1km, the Airport at 36km and the closest Port is at 15 min distance by the tube. The hotel can be accessed through a 35 minute transfer from Athens International Airport. You can get there through the tube, bus and taxi. Located 15 minutes north of Athen's International Port. |
