Winner - 2009 Fraser Coast South Burnett Tourism Regional Tourism Awards in the categories of Conference & Meeting Services & 5 Star Accommodation. Located on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, Peppers Pier Resort features luxuriously appointed Suites, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses. All Suites offer full kitchen and laundry facilities, king beds, spa ensuites and wireless internet. The Suites also feature private balconies with pool or bay views. The range of Resort attractions means that you can unwind by either of the Resort's two heated pools, which include a designated children's swimming area, or take in a session at the Gym or a massage at the Day Spa, before indulging in a bite to eat from the one of the two restaurants on site. Just to the front of the Resort are the safe swimming waters of Hervey Bay, or for a more active Endeavour, walk or cycle all or part of the 14 km Esplanade path, which runs from Hervey Bay Marina to Point Vernon. If you're still bursting with energy, Hervey Bay also offers an array of activities, including jet skis, kayaks, skydiving, snorkelling, golf and go karting. The Resort also offers secure underground parking and 24 hour Reception, plus a Tour Desk facility. Hervey Bay is one of Australia's most popular holiday escapes offering a warm climate, beautiful beaches and a host of land and water-based activities including tours to the world's largest sand island, Fraser Island. Hervey Bay is also the best whale watching destination in Australia when Humpback Whales visit for the annual breeding season between July and October. Hervey Bay is situated on the Queensland Coast three hours drive north of Brisbane - Turn off the Bruce Highway at Maryborough and follow the signs to Hervey Bay. From Boat Harbour drive turn left at the roundabout into Elizabeth Street - Take the last right turn (before the Esplanade T-junction) into Hibiscus Street, then left into Peppers Pier Resort. Virgin Blue fly direct to Hervey Bay from major cities. Take a 10 minute taxi drive from Fraser Coast Airport to Peppers Pier Resort. Queensland Rail offer a tilt train service to Maryborough with bus service to Hervey Bay. |

Let us arrange a Day Tour to world heritage listed Fraser Island, which lies off the coast of Hervey Bay. Explore the beautiful rainforest, swim in the fresh water lakes, and enjoy the coloured sands of the world's largest sand island. During July to October relish in the opportunity to view Humpback Whales as they rest in the calm waters of Hervey Bay, as they migrate back to their summer feeding grounds in the Antarctic. Hervey Bay also offers a range of activities to suit all budgets and endeavours - there's go karting, cycling, golf, mini golf and horseriding. For the more adventurous there's skydiving, jet skis and kayaks. There is also a range of markets - every Sunday in Hervey Bay and every Thursday in Maryborough - where the canon firing is at 1pm sharp! Whilst in Maryborough take a tour of this historical township - taking in the beautiful restored Queenslanders and gorgeous Mary River. |
