Located in Warren Street, Wanaka, close to town, only minutes walk from the Wanaka main shopping centre, restaurants and the lake front. Belvedere is Qualmark rated 4 Star + and has 20 luxury 2 bedroom apartments, 2 three bedroom townhouses and 2 two bedroom townhouses. All apartments and townhouses are self serviced and self contained. All apartments and townhouses have full kitchens and laundries. Townhouses have gas fires in the lounge. Many of the units have wonderful outlooks to the mountains and/or lake. Wanaka offers exciting all year round activities for all ages, and of course great Skiing in Winter and many Summer activities including watersports, tramping, scenic tours by air or land, skydiving, horse riding and many others. |

| Getting There |
By car - from Lake Wanaka lake front, turn into Helwick Street which is Wanaka's main street. Travel along Helwick Street to Warren Street which is the 4th cross street to the left and right. Turn left into the Warren Street cul de sac and Belvedere is on the left. By Intercity Bus - We will collect guests from the bus stop in Wanaka, by arrangement. By Air - there are currently two Air New Zealand flights daily to Wanaka from Christchurch. We will collect guests from Wanaka Airport, by arrangement. We can also arrange luxury car collection on request |

Off-street basement parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. Townhouses have a garage with roller door operated by remote unit. |
