For families, the property boasts 2-bedroom villas to accommodate larger groups without compromising on privacy. The resort’s guest facilities and amenities are built with the well-being of the guests in mind. In addition to the main restaurant – Padi Restaurant – and the Thalas Pool Bar, a dining table in each villa makes dining-in an equally cosy affair. Our Food & Beverage staff will extend a warm Balinese welcome to you as you appreciate the tantalising cuisine that covers local dishes to International flavours. An activities centre was also created to offer bicycle-renting service, billiard table, dance classes and other forms of entertainment for guests who choose to stay indoors. The landscaping in the resort is lush and offers guests an environment that is both inviting and restful. With its exquisite location amidst hectares of tranquil padi fields, guests are treated to clean crisp air, breathtaking views and the opportunity to trek along these fields. Other activities include horsecart riding, white water rafting, mountain trekking, to name a few. Besides the selection of Spa treatments, we provide Sports Activities, Mountain Biking, Village Trekking and many more. The Trekking will start at 0700hrs, accompanied by one of our experienced staff, by foot through the surrounding countryside. Feel the cool breeze while listening to the bird song as you take in the view of the farmer's daily activities. The traditional Balinese instrument (known as "sunari") can be heard as the wind blows - this is in fact to keep the birds away from the rice field. The way through the cultivated rice fields are like giant steps, but be careful to always remain on the narrow borders of the fields and not tread on the paddies. It will take about 20 minute from Furama Villas and Spa to Babakan Gage where you can enjoy the river's view as well as the intricate system of irrigation. |
