BLUE JOHANNA COTTAGES - Johanna - Otway Ranges. Please Note: Blue Johanna Cottages is not suitable for children. All accommodation is for 1 couple. Blue Johanna Cottages offer Self-contained Cottage and Bed & Breakfast accommodation in the heart of the Otway Ranges. The property is located just off the Great Ocean Road, 6kms south of Lavers Hill, at Johanna Heights. Cottages & In-house suites are set on 12 acres of sheer paradise. Rolling hills, fern gullies, beautiful gardens & lawns, all overlook the Johanna Hills, farmland and Southern Ocean. Cove and Fern Cottages are from the pages of a fairytale. They are very cosy and romantic, featuring polished timber & Cathedral ceilings, Attic Windows, Wood Fires, Large Corner Spas, Queen beds, Air Conditioning and breathtaking views across cottage gardens, the Johanna Hills and across the ocean towards Cape Otway. Each cottage has kitchen facilities including a microwave, electric frypan & cooking equipment, TV, Satellite, DVD, Video and Stereo. All linen, soft fluffy towels, homemade aromatherapy soaps, spa gels, fresh flowers, candles, a selection of Twinings Teas, Instant & Plunger Coffee and a continental breakfast basket on the first morning are included. The cottages are Duplex style (joined, sharing a central wall), yet due to their unique design one cannot be seen from the other. Cove Cottage is to the left of the building and is open-plan, studio style living offering lots of natural light. Fern Cottage is to the right with an Attic bedroom offering views over a ferny gully & ocean. A wide deck runs along the front and side of each cottage with outdoor furniture & BBQ and leads to a paved courtyard. Our In-house suites are quite different from most B&Bs as there are no shared facilities between them. Each suite has its own entry from a guests verandah and features a Queen sized bed, linen & towels, TV, Video, Stereo, Couch, Breakfast making facilities including a Small fridge & Microwave, Twinings Teas, Instant & Plunger Coffee, Fresh Flowers, Homemade aromatherapy soap, Spa Gel and Candles. A continental breakfast basket is supplied for each morning. This basket includes yummy homemade bread, cereals, spreads, milk, butter, fruit juice and fruit packs. The Johanna Suite is open plan & has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. This suite has beautiful views across the gardens and over the ocean. The Otway Suite features a dining/breakfast room, bedroom with couch, TV & Video and an ensuite with a large corner Spa, shower, toilet and vanity. For evening meals there is a large gas BBQ with wok burner on the verandah, otherwise we highly recommend the Lavers Hill Tavern which is a 5 minute drive away. Lavers Hill also has tearooms and a roadhouse. Alternatively Apollo Bay is approx 40mins drive away or Port Campbell is approx 50mins. We behaved, house trained pets are Very Welcome by prior arrangement. Please confirm this before making your booking as conditions may apply. OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE - Apollo Bay - Great Ocean Road. Please Note: Ocean View Escape is suitable for families, couples and groups. Ocean View Escape is located in the quiet seaside haven of Apollo Bay with its long stretching white beaches and rolling green Otway hills. Nestled one block from the Great Ocean Road and only a 10minute walk into town, Ocean View Escape is the ideal retreat for a beachside holiday or exploring the Otway Ranges, Surfcoast and Great Ocean Road. This modern 3 bedroom townhouse is only a 50metre stroll from the beach and enjoys beautiful ocean and hill views from the balcony. The top floor of Ocean View Escape features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with great views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven, cooking equipment, crockery, glassware etc. The lounge area features a Wood Fire, large LCD TV, DVD and leather lounges. A spacious balcony leads off the lounge/dining and features a Gas BBQ and Outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is located on the top floor features a Queen bed with Ensuite. Downstairs the 2nd bedroom offers a Double bed and small balcony, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Singles. The large bathroom features a deep reclining bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity. All bedrooms feature built in robes. The rear yard is lawned offering plenty of space for children to play. Ocean View Escape is NOT Pet Friendly, however Pets are Very Welcome at Blue Johanna Cottages - Johanna. |

Ocean View Escape is located in APOLLO BAY. Wood Fire, Fantastic Ocean Views, 100 steps to the beach, 10mins walk to town. Modern & spacious 3BR house just off the Great Ocean Road in the township of Apollo Bay. Full Kitchen, LCD TV, DVD, 2 Bathrooms. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

BLUE JOHANNA COTTAGES 225 Blue Johanna Road, Johanna 3238 Blue Johanna Cottages are nestled in the heart of the Otway Ranges, midway along the Great Ocean Road at Johanna beach. Turn down Blue Johanna Road off the Great Ocean Road approx 3km East of Lavers Hill. The property is approx 2.25km down Blue Johanna Road on the left hand side with a big cream sign. OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE 1/78 Casino Ave, Apollo Bay 3233. Turn off the Great Ocean Road (Skenes Creek side of Apollo Bay) down Marriners Lookout Rd. Casino Avenue is the first street to the left. |

lue Johanna Cottages are the ideal base for exploring the Great Ocean Road and Otway National Park. As the property is centrally located along the coast if provides an endless list of things to see and do. About a 7 minute drive from the magnificent Johanna Beach, which is well known for its surf fishing and surfing. The Otway Fly is about 15 mins drive away and is the highest & longest canopy walk in the world and ascends through a magnificent stand of cool temperate rainforest featuring Myrtle Beech, Blackwood and Mountain Ash trees. Melba Gully is only a 10 minute drive and offers a boardwalk through a beautiful rainforest by day & thousands of tiny Glow Worms by night.
