Hervey Bay's Best Location! Your hosts Jan & Ron Fennell welcome you to the Sunseeker Motel. The Sunseeker Motel is ideally located, opposite the beach and parklands in the centre of Hervey Bay's tourist strip. Some of the best restaurants in Hervey Bay adjoin the motel or are located within a few minutes easy walk, with a variety of other shops and a hotel all located within 200 metres. The motel offers quality 4 star spacious accommodation and exeptional personal and friendly service. Guests have the choice of motel style accommodation or one or two bedroom self contained units, all with queen beds. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans are installed in all units. Rooms are serviced daily and cleanliness is assured. The choice of 21 satellite TV channels is available, free to guests. In house movies FOC & DVD players in all rooms. Sunseeker is a non-smoking motel, although guests may choose to smoke outside their rooms. Direct dial phones in all rooms. Wireless Internet available for those with computers. There is a large swimming pool, BBQ and a free guest laundry situated in the motel garden area. Breakfasts at the Sunseeker are an absolute treat and may be enjoyed in the room or at the tables in the garden area. Evening meals are available by arrangement. Off street parking is provided for vans, boats, trailers and heavy vehicles. A full range of tours may be booked at the motel tour desk. Guests may choose from 1, 2 or 3 day tours to world heritage listed Fraser Island. Lady Elliot Island just a 45 minute flight from Hervey Bay, great snorkelling & reef walking is a must see. From July - October the majestic Hump back Whales visit the Bay and provide the best whale watching experience in the world. There is a selection of many tours, fishing trips and attractions from which to choose. We can arrange your courtesy pick-up from the motel for all tours and for the RSL and Boat Clubs. For those guests looking for a little exercise there are 14km of walking/running and cycle tracks along the Esplanade complete with a range of strategically placed exercise equipment. |

Fly to Hervey Bay Airport from Brisbane & Sydney with connections from other cities. Shuttle bus or taxi service is available from Airport to Motel. Approximately 10 minutes drive from Hervey Bay Airport to the Sunseeker Motel. From Brisbane & Cairns you can catch the Tilt Train with Buslink to Hervey Bay, bus stop in front of the motel. From Brisbane, 3 1/2 hours drive north via the Bruce Highway, through Maryborough. |

| Things To Do |
Fraser Island tours both by bus & 4 wheel drive are very popular. Whale watching season is from mid July until the end of October with a variety of boat trips available. Fishing trips on the outer & inner reef or try coral viewing, sailing, golf, cycling, scenic flight or day tour to Maryborough the heritage city, Bundaberg or Australia Zoo. Lady Elliot Island is a must. |
