Tropic Sunrise Holiday Units comprises of 19 fully self-contained One and Two Bedroom units and Studio apartments. We are a small 3 star rated budget property that takes pride in providing comfortable, affordable accommodation close to the Cairns city centre. We are located mid way between the airport and city centre (approximately 3 km to each) with the convenience of a city bus stop right outside our gate. Across the street is a small grocery store, chemist shop, doctors surgery, hair salon, fresh & cooked seafood shop, tavern and liquor store, 24hr fuel station, several take-a-ways (chinese, chicken, italian) as well as an antique and craft store. |

Rates are for 4. Maximum occupancy is 5. Bedding configuration is 1 Queen Bed in Main Bedroom and 2 Single beds in second bedroom. Extra guests are charged at $12 per person per night. | Getting There |
We are located on Sheridan Street 3 kms from both the city centre and from the airport. It costs approxamatly $14.00 in a taxi to get from the aiport, bus station and train station. If self driving you will find us on the east side of Sheridan Street at the northern end. |

Parking is off the street and we can accomodate vehicles with trailers. |

The beauty of Cairns is not only is it a vibrant city of casual cafés, restaurants, unique shops and markets but it is also centrally located in Tropical North Queensland making it the ideal base from which to explore the diverse beauty of this region. All scenic attractions are an easy day trip so you can sight see all day and then come "home" to relax. |
