Please check into Thredbo Information & Accommodation Centre, located lower level of Information Centre on Friday Drive. A $500 securtiy bond will be required upon check in. After hours reception is the Thredbo Alpine Hotel - open 24 hours. |

| Getting There |
Thredbo is an easy 5-6 hours drive south of Sydney via Canberra. From Canberra travel to Jindabyne than take the Alpine Way to Thredbo. From Melbourne it takes around 7 hours via the scenic Kosciuszko Alpine Way. The nearest commercial airport is at Cooma, 85km from Thredbo. |

In Summer, you can take the scenic chairlift ride, try bobsledding, alpine hiking, mountain bike riding, golf, tennis, swimming, water slide, fly fishing, horse riding, white water rafting and go to the music festivals. In Winter, go skiing, snowboarding, swimming and snow shoeing. |
