The resort is nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and massive rain trees, just 15 minutes by road from Nadi Airport - and blessed with the only white sand beach in the Nadi area. The beach faces due west, giving breathtaking sunsets across the nearby islands. We are a small, owner-operated resort featuring one of the South Pacific's premier restaurants. We pride ourselves on personal attention to our guests, and the genuine hospitality of our staff will ensure your stay is a memorable one. First Landing Resort is the perfect location for a destination stay in Fiji, or in combination with an outer island resort or cruise. First Landing Resort is located on the main island of Fiji ... It is just 15kms north-west of Nadi International Airport, midway between Nadi and Lautoka. Lautoka, Fiji's second largest city, is just 15 minutes away by road, with Nadi town, the main shopping area, 30 minutes away.. With just 32 spacious 'bures' (Fijian for cottage), 1 magnificent Beach Villa and our 3 new Garden Villas you'll never feel crowded ... First Landing Resort has an all-timber 'plantation style' cottage theme. We took a local design used in outer island and rainforest villages, and modified it to enhance our unexpected paradise. All bures (cottages) are superbly appointed with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, designer furnishings and a private, screened verandah. Our 18 Beachfront Spa Bures command spectacular and expansive views across the ocean and nearby islands. They have a private spa bath in the bathroom with a 'secret window' for ocean views. The 14 Garden bures are set in lush tropical gardens near the beach. All bures have a westerly aspect for fantastic tropical sunsets. We are delighted to advise that we now have 4 dayrooms which we encourage you to book for day or pre-reg use. Each room has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Rates available on applicaton. Helicopter Landing Pad. Boat Transfer First Landing is a 20 metres wide, a depth of 2.5 metres at low tide, 40m x 40m turning basin with a 25 metre floating dock. |

Your stay can be as relaxing or as busy as you like with a host of activities that we can arrange for you. There are many half and full day trips, all close to First Landing. On Water ... Day cruises and snorkelling trips to deserted and resort islands. Scuba diving to beautiful coral reefs, nearby wrecks. Fishing and Sailing charters. On Land ... Treks to rainforest and nature reserve parks that can be arranged through our Tour Desk upon arrival. Visit the nearby chiefly village of Viseisei, legendary first settlement in Fiji Shopping trips to nearby Lautoka and Nadi Car rental for exploring on your own. |
