| Getting There |
By car: Entry to the hotel is on Fitzherbert St/State Highway 6. Turn towards the town centre at the main town roundabout (onto Weld Street) off State Highway 6 and turn right when you come to the T-intersection of Weld and Revell Street. The carpark for Beachfront Hotel Hokitika is on the left hand side of the street and is shared with the Super Liquor bottlestore. Signs will lead you to Reception. By bus: Intercity bus runs into Hokitika daily and stops across the road from the hotel. By plane: Hokitika has an airport only two minutes drive from the hotel. Courtesy shuttle available with prior arrangements. By train: Try the TranzAlpine scenic train journey, rated one of the Top 10 train journeys in the world. Travelling between Christchurch and Greymouth, the train is a wonderful way to see a myriad number of landscapes. |
