The décor is complimented by exceptional amenities including a mezzanine lounge and an inspiring leisure centre featuring a spa, sauna, lap pool and spacious gymnasium. Guests can immerse themselves in Sydney’s kaleidoscope of chic shopping, entertainment venues, restaurants, visitor attractions and corporate headquarters, all within an easy walk of Fraser Suites Sydney. Fraser Suites is a 100% non-smoking property. While we love to see people enjoying themselves, for the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please note that we have a strict No-Party Policy. No exceptions! You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking for accommodation at Fraser Suites, and the person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Please note that on check in you will be required to provide a copy of the reservation, photo ID, and a credit card bond of $250.00 plus $50.00 per day for incidentals. An extra guest may be accommodated on the chaise -lounge style sofa at an additional $50.00 AUD per night in the One Bedroom Deluxe, One Bedroom Premier & Two Bedroom Deluxe Suites. When arriving by car, turn right into Kent Street from Liverpool Street and head north (one way) 250 metres from the intersection. Liverpool Street can be accessed from George Street - north or south. |

Under cover car parking is available and is located via Kent Street. This service is available at an additional charge of $AUD30 per night. Due to space limitations there is no visitor parking available. |

Fraser Suites is a short stroll from numerous restaurants and nightspots situated along the waterfront at Cockle Bay, minutes from Darling Harbour, the Spanish Quarter, Chinatown, Queen Victoria Building, Galleries Victoria, Pitt Street Mall, Hyde Park and Sydney Tower to name a few. Public transport is available from Town Hall Station, just 3 minutes from the doorstep, and buses run regularly along George Street around the corner. The best in retail therapy is only minutes by foot - David Jones and the exlcusive boutiques on Castlereagh Street beckon. For theatre and concert goers the Capital and State are within easy walking distance, as with the Sydney Entertainment centre on the fringe of Chinatown. Sydney's finest restaurant, the multi-award winning three hat Tetsuyas is situated directly opposite Fraser Suites. Our knowledgeable guest service team are on hand around the clock to assist with directions, bookings and general sightseeing information to make your stay in Sydney a memorable one. |
