We have 26 ensuite rooms, right on the waterfront, in the heart of Queenstown. Fantastic lake and mountain views from most rooms. All rooms with television, full linen,bathroom and fridge. All rooms are not serviced.

We have guest kitchen, coin laundry and Internet (for a small fee). We also offer (ski) storage and drying room.

Our reception hours are 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm.

Getting There	Shuttle's and Taxi's from the Airport will drop off at the door. Bus stop is on Camp Street. If walking, follow Camp Street to Beach Street and then turn right onto Beach Street. Hotel is located 50 metres from the corner of Rees and Beach Street.
Parking	Available next street up, free of charge, from 6pm until 8am daily. Very limited hotel parking with no guarantee of availability at $10 per day (undercover). Set down area across the road available for 5 minutes.
Things To Do	Summer: Tramping, fishing, jet boating, horseriding, boat cruises, bungy jumping, sky diving, parapenting, wine trails, gondola rides, lake cruises, bus tours, mountain biking, bird watching, white water rafting, four wheel drive tours, golf, gold panning, river surfing, shopping, nite clubbing, restaurants and cafes. Winter: all of the above, plus skiing and snowboarding, heliskiing.
