Carrum Downs Motel is 6 kms from Frankston, Vic, we have 28 Motel Rooms, including Family, Standard, Twin and Luxury Spa roooms. Pet Friendly Motel rooms. All rooms have irons & ironing boards, reverse cycle air-conditioning, microwaves, Kettle & Toaster, all are ground floor. The Park section has a Caravan and Camping section, we are Pet Friendly with 6 designated Pet Friendly Motel Rooms. Carrum Downs offers 3.5 and 4 star Accommodation. The swimming pool, self contained kitchen and 2 BBQ areas are available for all guests.

The park is situated within easy driving distance to the Spirit of Tasmania. The Mornington Peninsula is close by offering many fine restaurants, wineries, golf courses, family and surf beaches, fishing, horse riding, national parks plus a variety of tourist attractions for both adults and children. We are only 60 minutes by train to Melbourne CBD, Casino, Art Galleries & Factory Outlets. Only an hour or so drive from Phillip Island (V8 Cars, Super Bikes, Penguins) and also the Dandenong Ranges (Puffing Billy).

Getting There	Carrum Downs Motel is located approx 500 metres from the corner of Hall Rd and Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs. A bus stop is located just outside our entrance, which has connections to both Frankston and Dandenong train stations.
Parking	Carrum Downs Motel has designated parking for all Motel, and Caravan & Camping sites plus a visitor car park adjacent to the Motel. All parking and rooms are ground floor and off street parking.
