At Dunedin & Academy Court, we pride ourselves on our clean, cosy, comfortable units, resulting in a high number of regular guests. Facilities include 14 studio, 1 & 2 bedroom units as well as 6 spacious family units which sleep up to 7. All units are smokefree however smoking is permitted outside. All units have a fully equipped kitchen including oven and microwave. |

Rates are for 1-2 people. Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra guest charge is NZ$20 per person per night. Bedding configuration is 1x queen bed (or twin singles) downstairs, 1x double and 3 single beds upstairs. Full kitchen, Sky TV, bathroom with shower. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

Our address is 624 George St (Dunedin's main street). We also have access from Great King St (one-way North). Look out for the Caltex Garage on your left, just after Union St. Our drive is on the South side of the Caltex. |

Ample off-street parking is available and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles at the property while attending appointments on their day of checkout. |

Explore the Otago Peninsular with its abundant wildlife including Albatross, Seals, Sealions, Penguins and many varieties of birds. Take a scenic trip on the World Class Taieri Gorge Railway. Do a Speights Brewery Tour followed by a drink and a hearty meal at the Speights Ale House right next door. Cruise the Otago Harbour on the Monarch. Visit Larnach's Castle - watch out for the ghost! Indulge yourself at Cadbury World. Take in a play at the fantastic Fortune Theatre. Girls - come for a shopping weekend! Run (or walk or crawl) up Baldwin Street - the steepest street in the world! Come for a visit and explore our beautiful city with its historic buildings, pristine beaches and exciting nightlife! |
