Beautiful sunsets over the water can be seen from your very exclusive balcony. Situated in a quiet section of Nelson Bay in Christmas Bush Avenue, it is just a minute or so walk to Dutchmans Beach where you can continue to walk along the foreshore into the Nelson Bay Marina and Central Shopping Centre.

Check In Instructions	Please call Simon on his mobile as you turn off the Pacific Highway about 30 minutes from Nelson Bay to enable a staff member to greet you at the unit on arrival.

Children & Extra Guests	(Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel) 3 Bedroom - Rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra adults are $25 per person per night and extra children are $15 per child per night. Children under 5 maybe free - conditions apply. A travel cot may be provided at $10 per night if organised before arrival.
Getting There	Travel north from Sydney along the F3 freeway heading towards the north coast. Turn off the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace onto Richardson Road and follow the signs to Nelson Bay and then follow the signs to Dutchmans Bay. Property is located just next door to the famous Dutchies Motor Lodge. Please call 30 minutes before arrival so one of our staff members can greet you at the unit on arrival.
Parking	Off street car parking is provided in separate garage free of charge for 2 cars. Room for boats and trailers on street.
Things To Do	Swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, dolphin watching, whale watching, 4 wheel driving tours and quad bike adventure tours. There is also bush walking, National Park, koala habitats exploring and Hunter Valley wine tours.
