Things To Do Plenty to keep you busy while visiting Franz Josef Glacier - helicopter rides with landings on the glacier, half day or full day walks on the glacier, 4 wheel biking through farmland and rain forest, horse-riding, Kayaking at lake Mapourika, Okarito wetlands and white heron sanctuary, plenty of rain forest walks or just relax in the village with a good coffee.
